Manage General Office counter
Attend to walk-ins and phone calls
Address stakeholders’ queries
Provide basic first aid to pupils with minor injuries
File notifications/letters issued to stakeholders
Manage incoming and outgoing mail
Track and replenish first-aid items in General Office
Minimum qualification - GCE 'N' Levels and above.
Good communication and inter-personal skills.
Good team player with high level of initiative.
Proficient in MS Office e.g., Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
Able to work in fast paced environment and ability to multitask.
