Handle customer service hotline and provide first level of support. Provide quality customer service to customers over the phone or email. Listen, probe and question in order to clarify and understand customer needs. Consistently deliver top notch quality service for a smoother enhanced customer experience. Resolve customer queries efficiently and escalate problems/issues promptly. Any other tasks assigned. Job Requirements possess minimum 'N' levels Customer-oriented with good interpersonal and communication skills Able to work 1 year contract or longer Others/Perks: Location : Bukit Batok or Bedok (You can choose) Salary : $2000-$2500 (Depending on scheme, chat with me to know more) Training is all fully paid.
