Responsibilities
•Welcoming members/visitors and assisting with checking in
•Attending to phone call queries
•Handle booking, cancellations and reconfirmation requests from members/visitors
•Collection of outstanding membership fees
•All other ad-hoc duties assigned by Operations manager
