Job Description

- Prepare audit and investigation reports of findings and observations that identify, in detail, areas of non compliance and risk areas for non compliance
- Review and investigate issues related to Halal Compliance
- To ensure compliance on halal matters pertaining to the Halal Certified Premises.
- Assist in checking of inventory items in retail outlets
- Support & participate in outlet business operation, where assigned

- 5.5 days work week

Job Requirements

- Food Hygiene knowledge and certification is added advantage
- Able to travel and conduct internal inspection at Halal Certified Premises
- have attended Halal Foundation Training Courses conducted by Muis Approved Halal Certifying Bodies, added advantage.
- Experience in F&B industry
