Job Description

Handyman (Joo Koon / Basic up $2200 / 5 days / tpt provided /6 months contract) 

Responsibilities:
● Troubleshoot lighting faults, such as broken bulbs, electrical leakages or exposed wires.
● Basic maintenance for building facilities such as replacement of doorknobs, replacement of light bulbs, resetting circuit breaker after trips, painting or finishing works.

Requirements:
• Minimum of 1 year of relevant working experience in handling air-conditioning maintenance, electrical and plumbing works.
• Prior experience in property/building maintenance will be advantageous.
• Singaporean Only

Other Information:
☑ Basic up to $2,200
☑ Location: Joo Koon (Office), Transport Provided : Islandwide
☑ Working Hours: 5 Days, 8am to 5pm
