We are expanding and looking for a Head Chef with at least 5 years of experience in managing Sushi / Japanese Restaurant.
1. Track record in managing a restaurant kitchen, including staff planning, scheduling, stock control, waste minimization, food cost control and daily operations
2. Create new menu whenever required together with our Executive Chef
3. Ensuring proper implementation of our SOP to ensure food consistency, hygiene, fast and efficient kitchen.
You will need to be well-versed and demonstrate great skill in both Sushi Counter and Hot Kitchen.
