- Build, plan and implement the overall digital marketing strategy and roadmap in line with overall marketing and business goals. - Organizes and aligns strategic priorities within the team, ensuring that connections, communication, and collaboration are happening within the marketing team and across our key partners in the business. - Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, CRM, email, social media, website optimisation and display advertising campaigns. - Evolve owned digital channels (e.g., website, SEO, email, social) utilising new technologies and strategies to drive leads, acquisition, and engagement. - Utilise paid digital channels (e.g., SEM, social, display, retargeting) to accurately target key audiences to drive lead generation and acquisition efforts. - Lead analysis, reporting and optimization on channel performance to identify Key Performance Indicators, benchmarks and key levers that will drive new strategies for improvement. - Constantly test, monitor, optimise and evaluate campaigns to keep them fresh and effective. - Keep up with industry trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance, as well as testing of ideas, based on the insights. - Data driven and always be thinking about the “test, measure and learn” methodology to progressively grow performance metrics. - Measurement and reporting on the effectiveness of digital spend.
- At least 8 years of digital marketing experience in a fast-paced environment. - Proven experience in a strategic role with the ability to execute. - Demonstrable experience in building and implementing successful integrated digital marketing plans across paid, owned and earned media channels. - Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate. - Technical Skills: 1. Hands on experience with SEO, SEM, Google Analytics and CRM tool (HubSpot) 2. Experience in setting up and optimizing Google AdWords campaigns 3. Experience in optimising landing pages and user funnels 4. Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments - Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on company’s success. - Critical thinking and problem-solving skills. - Team player. - Strong time management, project management and stakeholder management skills. - Great interpersonal and communication skills. - Experience in financial industry preferred but not required.
