Job Description:
We are on an exciting track of change and are expanding our Dry Cleaning services in the Drycleaning segment of our business.  We are looking for persons who are enthusiastic, friendly, customer-oriented, and passionate about providing the best services to customers.

Roles & Responsibilities
Collect dirty laundry, carpet, or curtains at customer’s residence, deliver back to customer after cleaning
Ensure fullest customer satisfaction throughout the period at customer’s residence
Ability to build a good relationship with customers to ensure repeat business and upsell (their carpets, rugs, cushion covers, quilt covers, blankets, pillowcase & toys)
Ensure company policies & customer service processes are in compliance at all times
Customer greetings upon arrival
Explain risk of dry cleaning for garments 
Ensure pricing of the garments are charged accurately
Inspect and identify major defect on items and inform customer 
Ensure smooth, friendly & courteous communication with customers:-
Whenever there is a defect on the item upon inspection
Handling general complaints and issues 
Be punctual for the booking time slot
Always specify a date and time for the delivery services we intend to provide (example ; Thursday 2 to 4 pm or tomorrow morning 8 to 10 am.  Do not just say Thurs afternoon or tomorrow morning.  Do not use ASAP, faster...etc)
Ensure all daily issues are well followed up, resolved & reported 
Ensure all payments are aligned with POS systems on a daily basis
Ensure all cash are handled and hand over properly on daily basis

Job Requirements

Preferred Qualifications: 
Minimum 5 years of driving experience with Class 3 driving license
Friendly, customer-oriented, proactive, and initiative
Willing to work hard
Educational Requirements: O’ level and above is preferred but not required
