•GCE O Level / Certificate / Diploma or equivalent preferred. •Minimum 1 year experience in a customer service capacity prefrebly within the hospitality and/or F&B industry •Out-going personality with excellent interpersonal communication skills •Ability to provide top notch customer service in a fast-paced environment. •A positive attitude and ability work well under pressure with all team members. •Does high-quality work while unsupervised. •Able to work in a standing position for long periods of time
