Job Description

1. Customer Service

Provide accurate information / advice on products and services to gain trust and confidence from all customers.
Follow up with all customers’ enquires or feedbacks
Communicate effectively with colleagues and teachers to ensure the delivery of prompt services to students / parents
2. Sales

Advocate of programs to meet the enrollment target.
Prospect and perform sales of musical product to meet the sales target.
3. Operations

Comply with all standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure operation efficiency and effectiveness.
File all documents correctly and neatly for easy retrieval and referral.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date lesson schedule for prompt delivery of lesson.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all students’ attendance on a daily basis.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all daily transactions and account closing

Job Requirements

Candidates without experience or entry level candidates are welcome to apply.
Candidates should have minimum A Level qualification. 
Able to communicate effectively with principals, colleagues and teachers
