Time and Attendance (T&A) • Ensuring proper use of Time and Absence data, and custodian of the time records • Records/HRMS management • Recording and updating databases. (HRMS) • Perform Admin duties efficiently and systematically, assist with the photocopy and scanning of documents • Support the ISO/Audit activities On-boarding/Recruitment of Rank and File roles • Perform Junior role recruitment activities, devising a standard form to ensure procedural compliance • Initiate and manage On-boarding activities: Ensure that all documents are filed accurately and completely. • Initiate the issue of staff uniform and proper record of all items issued to staff and file in the personal file, assist with the collation and use of the training records Administrative • Supporting the reception desk when necessary during urgent absences of the receptionist • Administrative Support: labeling & filing of Documents in the principle of 5S, arrange for printing of business cards or review of HR forms and documents. • Administrative of vehicle documentation: Viacom inspection (license number), road tax renewal (license number), vehicle insurance renewal, vehicle keys signing in and out. • Support the HR department in all administration and operational activities.
