· Monitor Staff time attendance · Maintaining employee P-File and other records · Assist in managing work pass applications such as WP issuance · Employee welfare, benefits & compensation · Process employees’ requests and provide relevant information · Manage requisition of company uniform/mobile phone · Support Part-timer Staff payroll · Communicating with vendor or supplier · Basic administration work · Assist to fixed asset management · Ability to manage and organise data and information for HR and Finance Department · Assist Document filing and receiving basic paperwork · Assist with any other administrative duties as assigned
· Min. in GCE ‘O’ Level / Higher Nitec/ Diploma in Human Resources or relevant field · Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint · Excellent organizational and time-management skills · Able to work in a Warehouse environment · Able to work in fast-paced environment · Good team player and able to work under minimal supervision · Active, pleasant personality & cheerful · Handle confidential information with the utmost sensitivity · High accountability and have a strong sense of ownership · Meticulous and good with numbers · Have good organization skills · Able to start work immediately or short notice period will be an added advantage
