Job Description

•Manage HR and Admin related matters for cleaning site which including the following:
(a)Preparation of employment contracts and other HR letters/miscellaneous HR related correspondences
(b)Assist in keying in/updating of employee records in HR system
(c)Assist in mid-month advance pay processing
(d)Process medical claims for employees
(e)Leave administration
(f)Check and prepare biometric report
•Collaborate with Operations and Finance on payroll and billing matters
•Handles the employee enquiries and complaints
•Maintain office supplies, stationeries and maintenance contracts
•Ensure proper documentations (P files, medical certificates, training records, OT request form, deployment list, etc)
•Handles all the administrative work in our mobile apps
•Providing clerical and administrative support to HR Department
•Any other duties assigned

Job Requirements

•Preferably with a Diploma in Human Resource and related field
•In-depth knowledge of employment act and policies in labor market
•Positive working attitude, people-oriented, strong team player, excellent communication and interpersonal skill.
•Required Skill(s): Word, Excel, Powerpoint
