Job Description

Monitor Staff time attendance
Staff communication & correspondence
Employee welfare, benefits & compensation
Support Part Staff payroll
Communicating with vendor or supplier
Basic administration work
Assist to fixed asset management
Ability to manage and organise data and information for HR and finance
Assist Document filing and receiving, basic paper work
Additional duty assigned by the Management from time to time

Job Requirements

Minimum Diploma or Higher Nitec
Active, pleasant personality & cheerful
Good team player and able to work under minimal supervision
Able to start work immediately or short notice period will be an added advantage
Proficient in MS Office, especially in MS Excel
Able to work in Warehouse environment (office with aircon)

Working Hours: 
5.5 days work week
Working Location :
