1. Manage and develop full spectrum of HR policies, training & development, recruitment process, etc.
2. Managing staff performance appraisal process, conducting orientation and training programs, etc.
3. Managing and enhance the HRIS system including time attendance, payroll and leave system.
4. Champion the on boarding process and program.
5. Maintain and enhance corporate and employee benefits programs, including compensation, all risk insurance, fire insurance, foreign worker medical insurance, work injury compensation, health insurance, safety and wellbeing, etc.
6. Manage workers’ dormitory matters.
1. Post Graduate and above.
2. 5 Years in Managerial position.
5.5 days, 8.30 to 5.30pm, 8.30 to 12.30 pm.
REPORTING AT HQ OFFICE @ BOON LAY, SINGAPORE.
