Seniors are encouraged to apply for the following jobs.” Job Responsibilities: •Create personal file for on-boarding staff & conduct HR orientation. •Maintain employee records (annual leave, medical leave, claims, salary adjustment, address etc.) •Preparation of employment letter /letter of acceptance of resignation /promotion/ confirmation etc. •Assist in preparing monthly payroll & CPF submission. •Checking of Medical Claims Submission. •Responsible for work pass applications. •Schedule for interview with short-listed candidates. •Assist in review of HR policies and procedures. •In charge of HR Inventory (Eg: Uniforms & etc) . •In charge of Office administrative matter (Eg: Office Facility /Refreshment/Stationery/IT and etc.) . •Process ad-hoc government claims and grants. •Provide administrative support to CEO. •Provide administrative support to HR department. •Perform any other related duties as assigned by superior.
Requirements: •Diploma or Degree in Business Administration or related specialization •Strong knowledge in local employment laws and practices •Ability to work independently and as a team •Possess good communication and interpersonal skills •Well organized and meticulous with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment •Knowledge of Times Software would be an added advantage •Retiree candidate is preferred Only Shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
