Job Description

•6 Months Contract of service (July - December 2021)
•Mon to Fri 5 days work week
•9.00am to 6.00pm
•Assist HR Officer in document filing, preparation
•Assist in recruitment and hiring
•Prepare duty roster for payroll processing
•Distribute uniform and safety shoes to employees
•Assist to process insurance document for outlets and employees
•any other ad hoc task as assigned by superior

Job Requirements

•Minimum GCE ‘O’ / N’ Level
•Bilingual both in English & Chinese
•Proficient in Microsoft office
•Meticulous and responsible
•Positive work attitude, team player, good interpersonal skills and ability to multi-task
•1 year of relevant experience
•5 days work week
