HR Executive

Job Description

~ To keep abreast of all current HR practices and HR trends
~ Provide support to the hiring managers in the hiring processes
~ Focus on getting the on-boarding right as part of employee welfare
~ Assist to design, collate and analyze HR related data to support business key decisions
~ Assist the HRM on reviewing of HR processes / procedures for compliance and relevance
