Job description
Responsible for sourcing accommodation, negotiate with landlords, hotels, agents, dormitory service providers etc
Coordinate with moving and accommodation of Healthy foreign employees
To oversee the operations, maintenance and cleanliness of the premises properties
Liaise external vendors for repair and maintenance etc
Ensure the compliance with environment, safety and health regulatory requirements
Liaise with other service providers, internal and external stakeholders to ensure the standard of premises remains high at all times and others daily essential operations and upkeep the compliance
Update workers dormitory and residential address into internal and external systems
Attend to feedbacks from dormitory service providers, landlords, flats owners etc
Attend to workers' requests or grievances pertaining to accommodation issues
Prepare dormitory check-in and check-out forms
Responsible to conduct sites audit on workers accommodation
Prepare reports, summaries on workers accommodation
Liaise with Operations & HR on workers accommodation updates
Prepare monthly cost summary and reports for Finance Department
Assist and support HR administration
Any other duties assigned by Superior and Management

Job Requirement

The Candidate with a GCE ‘O’ Level / Higher NiTech / Diploma / Degree are welcome to apply.
Ability to analyze problems and strategize for better solutions
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
Ability to work well with management and staff at all levels
Good aptitude & attitude /meticulous & possess great initiative
An outgoing personality and approachable demeanor
A team player who can work under pressure to meet deadlines
Ability to work independently with minimum guidance
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel)
