Description - Full spectrum of HR function including payroll for multiple brands. - Prepare employment letter and HR related documents and manage onboard/off boarding of staffs. - Administer work pass application/renewal for foreign employees. - Shortlist potential candidates and arrange for interview sessions with hiring manager. - Engage stakeholders in understanding staffing requirements and provision of effective solutions. - Maintain updated database of employee's record as well as verify staff leave and medical claims records. - Processing of staff timesheet for monthly payroll input. - Responsible for end-to-end payroll processing and have a good understanding payroll practice in accordance to legislative requirements (Eg, CPF - and Foreign Worker Levy) for Singapore. - Provide proper payroll reporting to finance to facilitate salary payout. - Assist in renewal of store's licenses such as but not limited to Halal Certifications, SFA license, insurance, liquor license etc.
