Job Responsibilities: - Foreign worker-related issues, including working permits application, renew or cancellation, tax clearance etc. - Assist in recruitment activities to meet business needs (sourcing, shortlisting, interviews, reference checks and selection of candidate) - Prepare warning letter, employment contracts, termination etc. - Administering training logistics and conducting basic training to staff. - Compilation of staff appraisal management - HR Administration on employee benefits - Ordering of stationery and uniforms - Ensure full documents are submitted for new staff applications - Assist in staff engagement activities and company events - To assist with Adhoc tasks
