Staff Accommodation -Assist in managing staff accommodation in HDB units and hotels. -Liaise with staff, housing agents and centre managers on accommodation issues. -Liaise with staff, centre managers, hotels, agents on SHN at hotel and Covid tests for affected staff. -Assist in logistics, procurement and processing claims such as meals, transport and Covid test kits. -Raising payment vouchers, create PRs for rental payments such as rental deposits, commissions and stamp duties. -Maintain proper records for audit purposes. Welfare and benefits -Ensure proper and timely arrangement of welcome packs. -Engage staff to provide care and concern. Payroll operation matters -Assist in preparing security bonds and letters of indemnity. -Assist in submitting foreign work levy waivers. -Assist in ad-hoc requests. Others -Perform such other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time. -Assist in carrying out the full spectrum of human resource management for the company and subsidiaries of the company.
-Possess at least a Diploma in Human Resource Management. -At least 1-2 years of relevant experience. -Proficient in MS Office. -Team player, mature thinking and hardworking. -Meticulous and highly organised. -Possess good communication and interpersonal skills. -Able to start work immediately or within a short notice.
