Staff Accommodation - Assist in managing staff accommodation in HDB units and hotels - Liaise with staff, housing agents and centre managers on accommodation issues - Liaise with staff, centre managers, hotels, agents on SHN at hotel and Covid tests for affected staff - Assist in logistics, procurement and processing claims such as meals, transport and Covid test kits. - Raising payment vouchers, create PRs for rental payments such as rental deposits, commissions and stamp duties. - Maintain proper records for audit purposes. - Welfare and benefits - Ensure proper and timely arrangement of welcome packs. - Engage staff to provide care and concern. - Payroll operation matters - Assist in preparing security bonds and letters of indemnity. - Assist in submitting foreign work levy waivers. - Assist in ad-hoc requests. - Others - Perform such other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time. - Assist in carrying out the full spectrum of human resource management for the company and subsidiaries of the company
- Possess at least a Diploma in Human Resource Management - At least 1-2 years of relevant experience - Proficient in MS Office - Team player, mature thinking and hardworking - Meticulous and highly organised - Possess good communication and interpersonal skills - Able to start work immediately or within a short notice
