Job Responsibilities •Assist on payroll duties •Assist in sending/updating weekly attendance for each department. •Assist on checking of Staffs’ Leaves Applications •Assist in Issuing of HR Letters (inclusive of Deductions) •Assist on P-files •Send out attendance daily (inclusive of weekends & ph) to the agency •Send out Bi-monthly / Monthly timesheet to the agency for billing & to finance •Checking on agency invoices •Liaise with Ops on agency timesheet discrepancy •Adhoc duties as assigned
•Willing to Learn and able to work under pressure •Proficient in Microsoft Office. •Enjoys working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. •Adaptable, proactive, and possess a positive attitude and work ethic. •Minimally 2 years of admin experience.
