Job Description
- HR and Office Admin duties include preparation/sending of emails, quotations and work pass matters
- Attending to calls/enquiries and visitors at the office
- HR operations support duties including preparation of onboarding and offboarding processes/documentation, attend to staff queries
- Preparing payroll verifications for payroll and billings to clients
- Archiving and filing of documents
- Assist and support recruitment activities such contacting / generating sales leads, sourcing of candidates through various channels, conducting screening on suitability, coordinating interviews at office or with clients and follow up accordingly
- Any other ad-hoc duties and responsibilities as assigned
Job Requirements
- Willing to attend Certificate of Employment Intermediaries (CEI) course and obtained certification
- Willing to learn, ability to multi-task
- Possess good IT skills in MS Words, Excel, Outlook and Powerpoint
- Possess good communication and interpersonal skills
- Meticulous and can work well independently or as a team
