This position supports the entire HR Department by providing daily operational support in the areas of recruitment, staff movement, performance management, learning & development, staff welfare campaigns, and any other HR portfolios as assigned.
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist with work pass applications and renewals
- Liaise with clinic for all medical examinations pertaining to employment
- Provide administrative support for new hire onboarding and orientation
- Assist to liaise with training providers and handle all aspects of training administration
- Source for relevant courses, registration of courses, organize payments, logistics set-up and maintenance of training records
- Provide administrative support for staff sponsorships
- Apply and administer all government grants related to HR
- Collate and check all performance appraisal forms ratings in HRIS
- Provide support for all HR led events and staff welfare
- Maintain an effective filing system and manage the office stationery and pantry supplies
Job Requirements
- Minimum Diploma holder or equivalent
- Good knowledge of MOM regulations and other statutory boards regulations
- At least 3 years of relevant working experience
- Good attitude and keen to learn
- Organised and meticulous
- Independent and good team player
