Seeking a full-time 5 day work week Human Resource Manager. He/She will handle the supervisory and management of the HR Team of two, in a logistics courier company. Qxpress is a subsidiary of Qoo10. Job Responsibilities: Recruitment and sourcing of candidates for available roles - to monitor effective sourcing methods Keeping Employment policies and statutory regulations up to date. Review and improve orientation, on-boarding, exit policies and procedures. Perform advisory role to management and stakeholders on procedures, policies in regards to operational manpower. Collaborate with other operational leads to achieve positive results for their hiring needs. Review and manage insurance matters (WSH Incident, WICA, FWMI) Work closely with Malaysia and parent company, ensure standards and work processes are standardised while acknowledging variances. Performing monthly in-house payroll processing for up to 200pax Ensure variable allowances and shift workers are paid accurately Perform monthly statutory submissions (CPF & IR21), Child Care Leave, NS Leave claims. Perform yearly annual income tax reporting to IRAS Able to consolidate reports for yearly Audit Foreign Worker management for work pass applications and renewals Collaborate with vendor for custom changes on Unit4 HRMS such as new work calendars, shifts, and others. Candidates with prior experience in implementation of HRMS system is a plus. Review training needs, ensure skills required are acquired e.g. Forklift, First Aid, Risk Management Supervisory duties within the HR Team to build highly skilled team members, and collaborative teamwork Requirements Degree, preferably in HR or Business Management Minimum 2 Year(s) of working experience in Human Resources Supervisory skills Familiar with Unit4 HRMS is preferred but not mandatory Good communication & interpersonal skills Prepared to work in a fast-paced environment Remuneration will be commensurate with related experiences.
