Job Description

For ICT Operations:
•Assist the HOD ICT and SH ICT in all infrastructure-related operational and administrative duties
•Assist the HOD ICT to identify ICT infrastructure solutions that meet the requirements of school as well as induct and introduce staff and stakeholders to existing or new equipment that can support teaching and learning
•Perform the System Administrator role for Google Apps for Education
•Perform the System Administrator role for Canon Managed Print Services
•Perform the System Administrator role for iPads deployment and iOS apps deployment using Apple Configurator and other comparable Mobile Device Management Systems
•Assist the school’s DEs in the deployment of iPads carts and mobile carts to various classrooms and in ICT-enable rooms
•Deployment and maintenance of wireless projection systems, such as Apple TV and Infocus Liteshow
•Perform first level troubleshooting of ICT & AV (Audio Visual) equipment when required

For Administration Duties:
•Assist HOD ICT to keep proper records of use of ICT & AV resources and equipment 
•Assist HOD ICT with stock-taking of ICT & AV equipment
•Assist HOD ICT to liaise and supervise external vendor to troubleshoot ICT & AV infrastructure problems that cannot be solved after first level troubleshooting

For AV Operation Duties:
•Perform periodic maintenance of AV equipment
•Assist HOD ICT in supervising AV students during school events when AV students are involved in AV support
•Assist HOD ICT in managing the AV equipment during school events when AV students are not available but AV support is required
•Escalate problems to SH ICT when AV equipment cannot be fixed

•1 September 2021 to 30 November 2021


Working Location

•Upper Serangoon Road


Working Hours

•5 days (Mon to Thur: 8.00am – 5.30pm; Fri: 8.00am to 5.00pm, inclusive of 1 hour lunch break)


Offered Salary

•Up to S$2,550 per month


Requirements

The Personnel shall minimally have the following qualifications, skills and experience:
•A recognized diploma or above in ICT.
•Relevant working experience in stock management of ICT & AV equipment.

The Personnel to preferably have relevant working experience as an Administrator in:
•Google Apps for Education
•Canon Managed Print Services
•iOS apps deployment and configuration using Apple Configurator and Mosyle software

The Personnel to preferably have relevant working experience:
•as an ICT/AV Support Personnel in a School Environment.
•in managing school AV equipment.
