Job Description

•Assist in performing Goods Receiving (GR) from main store to Kitchen Store using the Warehouse Management System Infolog handheld scanner so that kitchens have their raw materials for Production orders required.
•Check that quantity and description of raw materials delivered from main stores tally between the delivery order, raw material label as well as physical goods delivered.
•Performs put away of raw materials into the designated kitchen stores as required.
•Performs Goods Receipt using Infolog after cooking and blast chilling by Production Cooks.
•Uses Infolog to scan labels for component picking from Kitchen / CABC and perform GI from bulk chiller to Dishing area for Dishing Order.
•For unused items that need to be returned after dishing, to use Infolog to perform return Tray. If there is a change in weight, to reprint the tray label.
•After Cooks / Catering Assistants have performed dishing and sent to the food bank, to use Infolog to scan Dishing Label for GR into food bank.
•For Inflight and Lounge Catering, to manually print out the picking list and perform picking and staging from Food Bank, TA Substore or Bakery after the Floor Officer performs allocation of the stock.
•To follow up with respective sections (eg. casserole assembly, cold kitchen, pastry kitchen etc.) on outstanding items (shown in the short item report) if still not GR to Foodbank.

Job Requirements

•Ability to work in a multi-cultural team
•Be able to lift Catering materials weighing up to 20 kgs
•Ability to read and speak English
•Basic computer skills
•Work rotating shifts
