Inventory Specialist - Shipyard Road

Job Description

Job Responsibility :
- Maintain proper records for all incoming deliveries and outgoing shipment in ERP system,
- Coordinate with the vendor (3rd party) and inter-departments for smooth operations in warehouse, 
- Assist Product Engineer courier RM/FG to customer for evaluation or 3rd party Lab testing,
- Preparation of necessary documents for all Local & Malaysia Deliveries, 
- To verify hauler's invoices
- Ensure smooth FG Sample workflow
- Participate for Daily Cycle-count, Mid-year & Year-End stock take
- Assist to receive and acknowledge of the spare part/goods for Spare Part Store
- Stand in for Warehouse Executive in his absence to manage the requisition order in ERP system

Job Requirement:
- Minimum GCE 'O' Level qualification or Nitec/Diploma preferably in Logistics / Warehousing
- At least 1 year of related working experience in Warehouse or Logistics Coordinator job function
- Proficient in Microsoft Office,
