Position : Investigation Application Engineer
Salary : up to $3000
Working hours : 8am to 5.30pm

Job Scope:
• Support Epoxy Investigations & Vertical Investigations
• Support at customer site for new/evaluation epoxy or vertical cards failing at time

Job Requirements

Requirements:
• Minimum Diploma in Electronics or Mechatronics Engineering
• Relevant working experience in Semiconductor industry preferred
• Strong process analysis and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
