Job Description

Responsibilities:-
•Provide technical support to end-users of accounting and inventory solution
•Investigate, troubleshoot, and provide solutions to user
•Troubleshoot hardware/software issues on virtual server, windows server, network connection
•In charge of Server preventive maintenance, back-up procedures, network and PC 

Job Requirements

Requirements:
•Diploma or Degree in Information Technology or equivalent
•Experience with setup,  troubleshooting, maintenance of windows servers, virtual machines (HyperV, Citrix) remote desktop, router, Fortinet firewall, VPN , 
•Knowledge of accounting and inventory software application
•Strong communication, interpersonal and customer relationship building skills.
•Motivated in problem solving
•Able to work as a team and independently
