•Serving customers in a courteous and professional manner at all times
•Performing order taking, attending to customer’s needs including handling feedbacks, complaints, manning the queues, food serving, cashiering duties if required etc.
•Housekeeping of the restaurant premises such as clearing the tables, cleaning, and mopping the floor, preparing the condiments, etc.
•Clearing all soiled dishes from the tables and prepare for the next set of customers by cleaning and sanitising the area
•Able to go beyond the line of duty in order to maximise customers’ satisfaction and meet customers’ needs
•Cooking or food preparation in accordance to company’s standard operating procedures, ensuring great presentation of food served to customers
•Cleaning, washing and sanitising the restaurant for opening and closing
•Ensuring that the procedures for supplies, equipment, and work areas are in compliance to the established standards.
•Maintaining critical standard: holding times, service speed and quality, raw and furnished product quality at all times
•Performing dishwashing duties when required
•Ensuring and maintaining the cleanliness, hygiene and safety of the restaurant premises according to the SFA standard and regulations
•Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
•Able to work on weekends, public holiday and comfortable with rotating shift.
•Candidates with relevant experiences and Food Hygiene Certificates will be an added advantage.
