Job Description

. Concept: Modern Italian/Asian cuisine, artisanal hand-made goodness. Paired with wine. Casual restaurant dining concept in the heart of Amoy Street.

· Team: Young and vibrant, experienced head chefs as mentors and locally curated menu.

· Able to work in a fast-paced environment, learning on the go, and having very strong team spirit!

· Must be able to consistently produce food at the highest quality.

· Have experience with workstations management; efficient preparation of mise-en-place daily.

· Ensure basic administration duties such as: tracking of invoices, food inventory, FIFO, food ordering.

· Must have high level of food hygiene, sanitation, and safety. At all times, food storage at station is tidy and well maintained.

· Essentially, looking for a keen candidate that is willing to learn, able to play as a team, and have big ambition to grow in a kitchen culture! No politics, just teamwork!

Job Requirements

. At least 3 years of similar work experiences
. Basic culinary skills in preparation to productions
. Positive and energetic attitude
. Willingness to learn and apply cooking techniques and to maintain standards
. Able to work in a fast-paced environment
. Ability to work independently as well as in a team
