Seniors are encouraged to apply for the following jobs.” Job descriptions: - Provide assistance with the preparation of food, opening and closing BOH department, and are responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, work stations, and food storage facilities. -Assisting with preparing, cooking dishes -Helping Assistant Kitchen Manger, Chef De Partie and Kitchen Manager with daily tasks -Ensuring all have high standards of food hygiene and follow the rules of health and safety -Checking the quality of raw and cooked food products to ensure that standards are met -Prepare ingredients that should be frequently available -Cooperate and communicate with all serving and kitchen staff -Assist in training of new staffs -Help and maintain a climate of smooth and friendly cooperation -Carry out any other duties as required by management
Requirement: - Prior experience in a similar position - Exceptional interpersonal skills - Good time management and organizational skills - Teamwork - Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure - Knowledge of food hygiene, safety and sanitation practices Working hours: 44 hours per week.
