Assist in all food preparation and cooking : 1. Maintain and keep kitchen area clean. 2. Ensure hygiene policy and standards are fulfilled and followed strictly. 3. Assist kitchen supervisor in all kitchen operations as required. 4. Responsible for all culinary duties, including productions, preparation, cleaning opening set up and closing. 5. Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
