Adhere to SFA basic food hygiene standards
Washing of dishes and utensils
Maintain a clean and tidy kitchen
Ensure safety in the kitchen
Maintain clean kitchen equipment.
Handling of daily operational activities such as preparation and handling of food/ingredients and kitchen equipment. Washing, boiling, and cutting of food are involved.
Assist in opening/closing of kitchen.
Stewarding if required.
Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
