1.Run karaoke operations at the Club’s karaoke outlets. This includes executing the opening and closing procedures, queuing songs on the list, troubleshooting any issues, taking in members’ requests and serving beverages.
2.Upkeep of karaoke outlet to ensure that the facilities and equipment are in working condition.
3.Maintain inventory of items.
4.Create and maintain good and friendly customer relations with members and guests.
5.Checking, stocking and reporting facilities and equipment that needs servicing and replacement.
6.Issuance and recording of equipment and items loaned to members and guests.
7.Ensure that members and guests abide by the byelaws of the Club whilst using the karaoke outlet.
8.Prepare the time sheet for submission to claim monthly payment for the part time staff.
9.Assist in karaoke events and competitions when required.
10.Ensure that the lounge and private room is ready for use when booked and closed after members have vacated the premise.
11.Get members to register for upcoming events / competitions.
12.Oversee and manage the corporate events at the Karaoke Lounge.
13.Notwithstanding the above, you are required to undertake any other responsibilities assigned by the Management.
