- Build up a growing MoneyOwl advisory team so that MoneyOwl can be a game-changer in financial advice for Singapore families in the mass retail market. - Be responsible for the development of professional standards, and to build a best-in-class fee-based advisory service. - Coaching the Client Advisers to ensure a high quality of advice. - Identify skills & knowledge gaps and work with Head of Advisory to come out with a Training Plan for the Client Advisers. - Work with Head of Advisory to formulate, execute and monitor sales plans and sales campaigns to achieve company goals, P&L targets and KPIs. - Run the advisory team comprising about 6 advisers, its activities, productivity and performance in line with company objectives, business and sales plans. - Collaborate with colleagues from other departments to ensure smooth daily operations for the Advisory team. - Manage your own base of clients, advising across MoneyOwl's spectrum of services (namely Insurance, Investment, Wills, Comprehensive Financial Planning).
- Degree or higher educational qualifications. - High level of integrity and accountability, with a passion to make a positive impact on the lives of ordinary Singaporeans through the provision of comprehensive, conflict-free and competent financial advice. - Have the willingness and aptitude to train to become an excellent comprehensive financial planner; AWP or CFP qualification is an advantage. - Able to lead and motivate a team of salaried advisers to achieve corporate sales targets and high standards of professional excellence. - Mission-oriented, proactive and able to think strategically amidst complexity. - Good team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills and able to influence and collaborate across multiple functions. - At least 5 years of relevant experience, preferably within the insurance or financial advisory industry; candidates from banking and investment industry with aptitude and willingness to pick up insurance and comprehensive planning may also apply. - At least 1 year of managerial experience in running sales teams. - Able to work in a start-up, fast-paced and multi-faceted environment of a fintech with comprehensive and bionic services. - Able to handle complexity and willing to learn and adapt. - Able and willing to be hands-on in formulating sales processes and enhancing CRM or reporting tools. - Proficient in computer applications such as Microsoft Office.
