Extract Hub performance reports and outstanding parcels on a timely basis. Chase individual stakeholders on the closure of outstanding parcels daily. Extract delivery performance report on a timely basis and chase contractor on the closure of outstanding parcels. Follow up on Customer Service and Sales Team queries/investigation. Submit penalties that are required to be registered by Customer Service on daily basis. Any other ad-hoc reports/tasks required.
