• To ensure that customer’s inbound and outbound shipments are coordinated / transacted as per procedures / work instructions. • To ensure the timely and accurate administration / transaction of inbound and outbound shipments and as per internal / external KPI requirements. • To work closely with operations team in the area of inbound, outbound and inventory related tasks. • To coordinate with forwarder / transporter in the arrangement of inbound and outbound shipments. • To ensure that working documents are progressed and archived with proper recording / filing system. • To perform cycle count administration and general administration support to the operations team. • To compile and submit routine operations data as per instructed. • To compile and reconcile billing and operations data for submission to Customers / Manager / Executive. • To perform on time purchase administration, vendor invoice administration and customer’s invoice verification / administration. • To assume customer service function and ensure that all enquiries / requests / complaints are performed and or escalated to the attention of the superior. • To ensure that any non-compliances or changes in the course of daily operation is conveyed to the superior. • To carry out any task as assigned by the Manager / Executive. • Workload Assignment; Initiate materials / consumables replenishment and maintenance / repair related work services (raise PR) and raise CN (where applicable).
