Responsibilities
•Handle the logistics expectation of the customers.
•Handle enquiries such as inventory availability, order status, shipping instructions and any special customer request.
•Timely processing of orders received.
•Schedule orders and work with warehouse to ensure orders are picked and packed to meet on time delivery.
•Coordinate with inspection organization for export shipments.
•Liaise with forwarders on import & export documents.
•Ensure timely and accurate billing for the services rendered.
•Able to lead a team of staff under his/ her care.
•Assist his/ her executive or manager whenever necessary.
5.25 working days/ week

Job Requirements
Skills Required
•Understanding of WMS/ SAP
•Knowledge in shipping is an advantage.
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
•Sound PC Knowledge
•A team player
Experience
•GCE N/ O-Level
•3 years relevant experience in warehousing & distribution
