Provide logistics and administrative support to Learning & Development Specialists and Researchers for Key Programmes, Consultancy Projects, filing and house-keeping for audit purposes. These include
•Book rooms, prepare materials, liaise with vendors for food, attendance, consolidation of attendance. Includes administering administrative work
•Running of data for trends and analysis, e.g. no. of participants who attended key programmes for submission purposes, prepare survey questions and consolidate returns, financial data such as budget variance for programmes
•Produce ad hoc learning support materials. Some of these include videos, slides, collaterals
•Ensure proper filing of documents
•Consolidate and organise datasets into a master excel list
•Support producing products for thematic campaign (e.g. managing video production vendor, designing the empathy guide / case study (content already done), setting up of campaign site / comms plan)
Contract Duration: Nov 2021 - April 2022
Location: Near Buona Vista MRT Station
•Able to commit to the full contract duration of 6 months. Fresh Graduates are welcomed.
•Relevant working experience in administrative role, content creation, project coordination and data management will be an added advantage.
