Job Description

Maintenance Projects Assistant Manager (Urgent)
Assigned to the General Affairs & Procurement Department, the main work scope would include matters such as Procurement, M&E, Warehouse renovation or construction works, monitoring Electrical Works, Project management for existing or new warehouse. It would be useful to have some experience in Work Place Safety & Health matters as you will be liaising with an external compliance party to manage safety matters.
This role is open to Singaporeans only.

Independent but works well with other department managers to collaborate on company matters
Ability to work in automation, following up on matters and resolving them proactively
Determined to have ownership for work done and achieve targets on time.
Ensures facilities and procurement are in top condition and maintenance or renovation are up to standards

Responsible for handling future projects including warehouse infrastructure work, company office expansions, new warehouse setups, maintenance and electrical works 
Experienced in managing the warehouse construction projects and related big renovation works.
Overall responsibility for Warehouse Maintenance, M& E Contracts, Facilities Management, ensuring proper upkeep and maintenance of office premises and equipment; office security and workplace safety; and assist in office administration/general administration to ensure efficient and effective operation of the department.
Manage and ensure smooth running of office premises and infrastructure and upkeep and maintenance of office premises.
Ensure that warehouse is in general good working order. ie- lights are in working condition, internet is in working order etc
Work closely with individual Department Managers on any equipment issues so that there will be no downtime that will affect work performance of the department. 
Manage Vendor relationship and Maintenance Contracts including coordinating and ensuring smooth operation of upgrading works/repairs/servicing and/or projects.
Manage workplace safety and health matters in accordance to standards informed by external WSH vendor.
Managerial experience managing a team
Communicate and work between Operations, General Affairs & Procurement Departments
Managing operational related responsibilities including General Affairs services 
Responsibilities: Warehouse Facilities,Infrastructure, Construction, Maintenance, and M&E


Job Requirements

Working Hours:
9am - 7pm (Mon-Thu)
9am - 6pm (Fri)

Basic Salary: $3000 to $4000 (depending on experience)
Mobile Allowance: $50-$60/mth)
Monthly Attendance Incentive! $300 for no lateness or absences!
Skill Allowance $300 for MOM licensed holders
Attendance Incentive $300 Monthly! (no lateness or absences) 
12 days Annual Leave per year
Performance Incentive $350/$550 Bonus
Standard Sick Leave & Hospitalisation & Child Care Leave entitlements
