Summary Aggressive expansion brands for New Halal Brand To assist Operations Manager in the expansion Trusted right hand man of Operations manager dealing in all aspects of business (example: operations, employee, and customer relations, hiring and training, quality assurance etc) Undergo extensive OJT to understand full spectrum of work. Main Duties (and not limited to the following) To be responsible and accountable for the performance of a few outlets – main areas include; Rostering / manpower allocation Adherence to SOP during food preparation as well as cleanliness and hygiene of outlet. Uphold a high level of customer service. Ensure accurate inventory management. Work with operations manager in areas such as; Sales performance Food quality as well as new food products Human capital matters Coach and train employees to be capable of operation the outlet as per assigned headcount Conduct checks and audits at outlets to ensure requirements/standards are met
6 Days work week Passionate for F&B industry, people management as well as training Ability to oversee operational processes to ensure consistency in food preparation and customer experience. Able to work well as a team and as a leader to front line employees when needed. Good learning ability (both to learn and help others learn).
