The Manager, Business Development & Partnerships is part of the Sales & Marketing Team who focuses on developing and implementing commercial and strategic relationships with organisations at the Singapore cluster level. He or she will report directly to the Country Director, Sales & Marketing. The job responsibilities include the following: 1. Source new partners and execute exciting partnership solutions. 2. Negotiate attractive partnership deals and ensure mutually beneficial partnership terms that are in line with business objectives and strategies. 3. Maintain and deepen relationships with existing partners. 4. Develop metrics to measure rate of returns from the partnerships. 5. Formulate and execute plans and strategies for social media and digital marketing at cluster level. 6. Formulate and execute plans and strategies alongside the Revenue Management Team for online campaigns and for online sales platforms to drive conversions. 7. Plan and execute corporate events. 8. Manage customer loyalty programmes. 9. Handle the budgeting and forecasting of expenses for the team. 10. Coordinate with HQ Online and the Marketing Communications Team in the execution of group- wide digital marketing strategies and plans at cluster level. 11. Assist in task forces and roll out of new services and products. 12. Process invoices and necessary documents to facilitate payments to suppliers. 13. Perform any other tasks as requested and directed by the Management.
The candidate should possess the following: • Degree or Diploma in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration or other related fields, with at least 5 years of relevant and managerial experience • Well versed in use of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel • Knowledge in Adobe Photoshop/Illustrators will be an added advantage
