Job Description

Records Management
- Support the Chief Records Officer (CRO) in upholding client's Records Management Policy, driving the organisation’s compliance in meeting the Government’s Management of Public Records policy, and manage the administration and operation of client's electronic records management system.
- Assist in the development and implementation of a new electronic records management system (ERMS), including working with external vendor/service provider to formulate and confirm relevant system requirements, update the ERMS fileplan, and manage and assist in the migration of records, conduct & manage user acceptance testing and facilitating/organising/coordinating the training of staff in the use of the new ERMS, among other things.
- Liaise and work with the National Archives of Singapore on the disposal, retention, preservation and transfer of records.
- Perform simple data analytics on ERMS filing by departments and staff
- Implement policies, procedures and implement initiatives related to records management and Registry functions

General Administration
- Digitalise/automate and implement smart technologies in the office (e.g. enhanced room booking system etc.) by working with relevant stakeholders
- Create a green corner in the intranet to promote and support ongoing environmental sustainability efforts

Others
- Maintain and regularly review/update existing SOPs
- Provide support for quarterly budget updates, risk management or in areas assigned.

Working Days: 5-day work week
Working Hours: Mon-Thurs 8.30am to 6pm; Fri 8.30am to 5.30pm
Location: Near Labrador Park MRT
Contract Period: 10 months (From Oct 2021)
Salary: From $2,800/month (subject to relevant experience)

Job Requirements

- At least 5 years’ experience in Records/Knowledge Management
- Able to conceptualise, develop and execute/implement project plans and develop communications materials
- IT savviness and proficiency in Sharepoint will be an advantage
- Possess good planning, organisational and interpersonal skills and abilities
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Meticulous and able to multi-task
