Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

- Conduct needs analysis in consultation with business leaders
- Responsible for building organisation capabilities, both short term and long term goals and build competencies framework
- Develop plans and programmes in alignment to business strategies, to ensure employees have the skill, knowledge and experience to perform to the highest standard.
- Partner with the business & HR Team to proactively drive cultural change initiatives
- Oversee and execute all aspects of Training and policies in the company
- Manage rollout of training programs in Singapore
- Design and facilitate in-house training programs for the company
- Maintenance and administration for WDA accredited in-house Approved Training Organisation
- Oversee the execution of the training & development process (Learning Needs Analysis, Total Learning Plan and training evaluation)
-Will be the key liaison person with government agencies and tertiary institutions to drive business partnership and collaborations
-Oversee the submission of claims for eligible funding
-Manage HR projects such as talent management programs
-Contribute research, analysis and ideas to the development of the company’s HR strategy in order to ensure that organisational development initiatives are appropriately integrated and aligned with strategic and business goals
- Design and deliver organisational development and change management strategies, processes and interventions; to include initiatives which foster a high performance culture, where valuing learning, continuous improvement and diversity are the norm
-Design and execute high potential development programs, Toll Graduate programme and other corporate programmes as required.
- Measure effectiveness of training against employee accomplishments and performance and evaluation of ROI of training programmes and initiatives

Pre-requisites:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
At least 5 years of relevant experience in designing and implementing employee development programs.
Ability to design and implement effective training and development.
Ability to evaluate and research training options and alternatives.
Adept with a variety of multimedia training platforms and methods.
Advanced Certificate in Training & Assessment (ACTA) and/or Certified Professional in Learning and Performance (CPLP) credential would be an added advantage.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Strong presentation skills.
