Job Description · Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) & Operating Instructions (OIs) · Process production lots, perform inspections and metrology measurements · Take ownership and perform all necessary qualification tests on equipment · Maintain the integrity of Statistical Process Control (SPC) · Ensure a smooth flow of production lots from one module to another · Utilize the appropriate functions in Computer Integrated Mfg. (CIM) systems · Liaise with the appropriate personnel for proper disposition of wafers · Highlight any problems or abnormalities in equipment or lots · Ensure full and efficient pass down to the next shift · Ensure good housekeeping and safety practice · Lead or take part in continuous improvement projects Important Notes: This job description in no way states or implies that these are the only duties to be performed by the employee. Job Requirements • GCE ‘O’/”A’ Level or equivalent • 1 – 3 years manufacturing experience preferred • Fresh school leavers are welcomed to apply • Basic knowledge of wafer fabrication operation • Basic computer literacy • Work discipline and integrity • Good problem solving skills • Good interpersonal skills • Team player • Willing to work 12-hr shift
