Job Description

Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
•Consistently and effectively learn existing and new products/programs.
•Develop, Build and Maintain strong, sustainable relationships with internal and external customers
•Effectively communicate with internal and external customers to influence their needs, and the best solution
•Be able to accurately gather details, facts, and information from internal and external customers, and make confident suggestions
•Follow-up with Customers as needed.
•Provide consultation for all customers on products and services, provided by the company
•Provide administrative support to the team in the management of global customers.
•Provide support to customers in terms of enquiries, quotations and reports
•Assist in RFQ process.
•Responsible for statistics and data collation.
•Ensure that all communications platforms are updated on a regular and consistent basis
•Actively carry out and follow-up on additional tasks assigned by Management and Head of department. 

Job Requirements

•You must be self-motivated and eager to learn, and driven to achieve high-performance standards
•Hard working, self-motivated, and positive attitude.
•Positively embraces; learning, change, and problem-solving.
•Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of customers, verbally and written (English)
•Ability to speak Cantonese/Mandarin will be an added advantage
•Basic Office Functions – Microsoft Office, E-Mail, Phones, Computers, and Interaction with customer
